This is another myth, there is no such thing as a secure SSL Proxy. SSL encryption is inherently weak and still does not protect you against being monitored from the operator of the proxy.
In general proxies are unsafe, unreliable, slow and don't provide any benefit. The trend for people wanting a secure proxy solution is to use the much superior VPN account method, as you gain security, speed, reliability and they are easier to use and setup.
